300 East Main Street is a 31,000 square foot mixed use building and vacant infill lot located in Downtown Durham.  Originally constructed in 1924 as a Freemason’s Lodge the structure adjacent lot served as a church, theater, bank, bomb shelter and Durham County Department of Public Health before being fully renovated in 2016.  Upon Aspire Property Groups acquisition of the property in 2021 extensive fit-up for office, food & beverage and a rooftop residence were added.
