100 Rockfish Dr

100 Rockfish Drive is a 6,000 square foot historic property located along the Roanoke River and adjacent River Falls Park.  Built in the 1892 on the footings from the 1830 barrel mill that preceded it and adjacent to the first hydroelectric power plant in NC.  In 2019 Aspire Property Group renovated the property including climate controlling all floors and building out events space, a ground floor bar and outdoor patio.
